For the last 15 years, I’ve been devoted to the art of transformation.
My work began in the world of holistic healing as a massage therapist and esthetician, where I learned something many people miss: you cannot create a beautiful, aligned life from a dysregulated body.
Everything begins in the nervous system.

Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of women on the table, in the treatment room, and now inside their businesses and their lives. Today, I help ambitious women reclaim their power—not by adding more to their plates, but by coming home to themselves. My coaching is a fusion of neuroscience, somatic repatterning, energetic mastery, and grounded strategy.
